In accordance with Law no. 8457, dated 11.2.1999, “On Classified Information ‘State Secret’” and Decision no. 312, dated 16.03.2011 of the Council of Ministers, “On the approval of the regulation ‘On working with classified information ‘state secret’”, the decisions of the Authority that retain a classification level and contain state secret classified information are not published on the official website of AIDSSH.
