AIDSH, in cooperation with the Municipality of Lushnja, the Institute for the Integration of the Persecuted, the Anti-Communist Association of Political Persecuted Survivors, institutions, and active civil society, launched the commemorative week “Dignity Against Totalitarianism, August 2019,” organized as part of August 23, European Day of Victims of Totalitarian Regimes, and August 30, International Day of the Disappeared. The exhibition with archival materials presented dozens of files on the persecution by the State Security of the anti-communist factor in the Lushnja area, many of which were shown for the first time.
