Tiranë 15 shtator 2025- Historia dhe fatet e shqiptarëve në të dy anët e kufirit, në periudha kur Shqipëria jetonte nën regjimin diktatorial dhe Kosova ishte pjesë e Federatës Jugosllave, marrin sot frymë të re përmes një plani të përbashkët studimesh akademike mes Autoritetit të Dosjeve dhe Institutit të Historisë “Ali Hadri” në Prishtinë. Mirëpritëm Drejtoreshën e Institutit, Prof.Dr. Teuta Shala , sekretarin shkencor Prof.Ass.Dr. Arbër Hadri dhe ekspertin z. Festim Krasniqi, dhe nënshkruam një marrëveshje e rëndësishme për dokumentimin dhe kuptimin e së kaluarës së përbashkët përmes dokumenteve arkivore dhe botimeve shkencore.
The Chairwoman of the Authority, Dr. Gentiana Sula, emphasized the decisive role of this cooperation and the need for a responsible approach to history: “We will no longer allow the State Security to dictate our narrative. In the case of Kosovo Albanians, stigmatizing documents were created; for Albanians in Albania, people were killed and entire families persecuted. We are therefore seeking responsible researchers and academics to convey these events with proper reflection. Of course, we will declassify carefully, but we want our documents to serve as historical evidence, just like those of Kosovo, placed in responsible hands for study, not to continue the defamation initiated by the State Security through document fragmentation and reopening of family stigmas."
Prof. Dr. Teuta Shala and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Arbër Hadri considered the agreement a new opportunity for exchanging archival resources for the period 1944–1991, providing a more complete overview of persecutions and repressive policies carried out by both the State Security in Albania and Yugoslav authorities in Kosovo.

Albert Nikolla nënvizoi rolin e figurave historike e kulturës me kontribute te njohura ne dy anët e kufirit,ndërsa anetari z. Gjergj Marku theksoi nevojën për të hulumtuar fatet e shqiptarëve të Kosovës që gjetën strehë në Shqipëri, të survejuar nga strukturat e ish-Sigurimit.
Mr. Skënder Vrioni, member, welcomed the establishment of a joint technical group to finalize joint academic projects.
This agreement foresees:#the exchange of annual plans, projects, and joint activities at the beginning of each calendar year;
#Organization of conferences and symposiums on the communist dictatorship, former State Security, and political repression against Albanians; #participation of staff in lectures and presentations; #publication of joint studies in scientific journals and thematic publications; #information # on matters and documents of national interest;
#Formation of joint groups for the study of historical figures and Albanological personalities; #collection and publication of archival materials in accordance with current legislation.
Kjo marrëveshje ka një rëndësi që tejkalon fushën akademike: ajo është një akt afrimi dhe bashkëpunimi mes Shqipërisë dhe Kosovës, në funksion të rishqyrtimit të së shkuarës dhe të ndërtimit te një prespektivë që parandalon përsëritjen e plagëve të së shkuarës.
